CK45 Steel Pipe Soft Annealing

Heat to 650-700oC, cool slowly. This will produce a maximum Brinell hardness of 207.

CK45 Steel Pipe Hardening

Harden from a temperature of 820-850oC, 830-860oC followed by water or oil quenching.

CK45 Steel Pipe Normalizing

Normalizing temperature (oC): 840-870oC.
